👋 Hey, fam!

10XME Academy is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to spearhead our outbound sales efforts. Your primary focus will be on outbound sales activities, targeting HR departments and B2B clients to integrate our courses into their learning and development programs.

SALARY RANGE: PHP 25,000 (with performance based commissions)
JOB TYPE: Flexi-time
WORK SETUP: Hybrid (Manila, Philippines)

Job Responsibilities

  • Actively engage in outbound sales activities, including cold calling, emailing, and networking to identify and target potential corporate clients.

  • Identify and evaluate leads if they are a good fit for our programs.

  • Schedule discovery calls between qualified leads and the BD Manager.

  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, meticulously tracking leads, fostering relationships, and converting prospects into enrolled students.

  • Work closely with the leadership and other departments, to align and identify best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook.

Job Qualifications

  • Fresh grads are welcome to apply! Must be willing to do active outbound sales activities such as cold calling and emailing.

  • Experience in outbound efforts, or sales for B2B products and services is a plus!

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver sales pitches.

  • Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
