📍 Remote (Singapore/Dubai)
💰 $80K - $150K annually

Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with leading projects, protocols, exchanges, and influencers in the DeFi ecosystem.
Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive user acquisition, liquidity, and overall platform growth.
Negotiate partnership terms, including contribution-, investment-agreements, marketing collaborations, and joint initiatives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring alignment with YieldNest's objectives.
Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to internal stakeholders.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments, leveraging insights to inform partnership strategies and initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop partnership assets, including marketing materials, integration guides, and co-branded content.

Preferably based in Singapore or Dubai
4+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles within the crypto and DeFi space.
Deep understanding of DeFi protocols, blockchain technology, and crypto markets.
Proven track record of negotiating and closing high-value partnerships with industry-leading organizations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
