Responsibilities

• Know, understand, and develop the end to end process of sales

• Learn and understand the sales process and flows for multiple companies and industries

• Follow up on leads through company CRM

• Create proposals and send them to prospective clients

• Help develop new sources of business such as referral networks

• Collaborate in improvement of sales/marketing materials

• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating with clients; and integrating requirements with business operations.

• Maintain good working relationships with prospect and existing clients

Job Qualifications

• Solid interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• 3+ years Sales experience

• Advanced time management and organizational skills

• Strong computer skills utilizing various software applications

• Experience working with a CRM system

• Hungry to succeed financially (there are strong financial incentives for sales)

• Wants to grow personally and professionally

• Able to work on EST Business hours

• Thrives in a fast paced and environment in which they are constantly learning
