• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, influencer marketing, or a related field.

• Proven track record of successfully managing KOL relationships and influencer campaigns.

• Strong understanding of influencer marketing and KOL strategies.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in using social media platforms and influencer marketing tools.

• Proficiency in English or Chinese is required
