Qualifications

• Provide our team members with vision, direction, and guidance for using the Machine Learning and AI Solutions they need, while applying best practices and considerations around security and information management.

• Must be able to conceptualize and create system and technological architectures, create and maintain documentation for projects, and advise Philtech on anything related to technology and his or her tech expertise

• Must be able to run and lead developments/productions, and apply their developer profession, skillset, best practices and experience to the projects assigned to him/her.

• Has mature and extensive experience in interpreting and validating data of any scale. 

• Has mature knowledge and is up-to-date on the latest solutions, trends, concepts, and execution of Machine Learning and AI, and can identify their feasibility and whether they’re applicable to the service teams at hand. 

• Propose innovative (Machine Learning and AI) recommendations based on their findings/interpretations of Philtech data.

• Must be able to communicate and articulate their ideas effectively and concisely in English—can provide straightforward ideas/proposals within identified issues and challenges when reviewing processes based on their experiences and practice, tailored to the given situation. 

Ideal Know-How

• Proficiency in AI and machine learning, with a strong grasp of algorithms and data structure optimization.

• A knack for developing sophisticated AI bots and automation tools.

• Strong background in MLOps practices tailored to managing the lifecycle of LLMs—training, fine-tuning, deploying, monitoring, and scaling.

• Hands-on experience with Google Vertex AI for managing ML models and GenAI tools for generative model applications.

• Solid understanding of REST APIs for creating scalable, maintainable connections between applications.

• Strong skills in Docker and containerization technologies for consistent and efficient application deployment across environments.

• Experience with scheduler tools or managing batch jobs and workflows efficiently.
